Senior Manager Finance

Under Doxo’s VP Finance, you will provide financial and data analysis critical for strategic and tactical decision-making. This role is key to Doxo’s success, enabling our leaders to make sound business decisions and meet its financial objectives based on quotative data. This role will require very strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools.  You will contribute support through information analyses, preparation of operational data, and analyses for various constituents throughout Doxo.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide reporting and analytical support for assigned company departments.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the standard report library.
  • Responsible for the preparation of pricing analysis and other commercial-based exercises.
  • Generate/analyze the monthly business KPIs.
  • Identify, analyze, and propose new plans for operational improvements (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
  • Analyze data, create multiple scenarios, build models, and identify trends
  • Extract major insights and conclusions from the analysis

What to bring

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business analytics/finance / Industrial engineering or related area; MBA preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with various data analysis tools – Tableau / SQL, etc. Python is a plus.
  • Experience using Excel extensively, include Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior (VP level) managers and other internal customers
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing company.
